Note:
a) For iOS users: Please remove the previous version of Universe on the move and reinstall the application using the above link.
b) On your iphone after you install the app, please follow below steps to establish trust for the app developer:-
1. Tap Settings > General > Device Management
2. Under the "Enterprise App" heading, tap on the profile "ICICI Bank Ltd".
3. Tap on Trust "ICICI Bank Ltd" and confirm.

If still facing issue please follow steps.

1.Open settings>>Safari
2. For IOS version 17 and below , in safari settings Toggle ON 'Block all cookies', click on All when prompted, and then Toggle it OFF again.

For IOS versions above 17, users can find the 'Block All cookies' setting in ' Advanced' section at the bottom of the safari settings Toggle ON 'Block all cookies', click on Allwhen prompted, and then Toggle it OFF again.
